Revive by RiaFin provides strategic consulting services to fiduciary financial advisory firms. By engaging with our content or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Our services are strictly strategic and operational in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, or specific investment advice regarding the purchase or sale of securities. We are consultants, not investment managers.

3. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of the data involved in advisory practices. We agree to hold all proprietary information shared during the diagnostic phase in strict confidence. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the sharing of detailed client data or financial statements.

4. Global Jurisdictions

While we serve clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, our consulting frameworks are designed to be adaptable. However, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that any operational changes implemented adhere to their specific local regulatory requirements (SEC, FCA, ASIC, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

Revive by RiaFin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your implementation of our strategic advice.
